• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to complete the necessary paperwork.

  Age Restrictions

  • If the driver is born on or after September 1, 1984, they must complete a Boater Education Course to operate any of our motorized watercraft.
  • All customers must be 21 years of age or older to rent any watercraft.
  • All drivers are required to be 21 years of age or older.

  Insurance Policy
  

  • We partner with vQuip, a third-party provider, to provide our customers with insurance for their rental. After completing the booking, customers will be directed to vQuip's portal to fill out any additional information and view their policy.
    • The insurance premium (ranging from $50 - $68, depending on rental type and duration) will be collected through our booking platform.
    • This fee is visible in the "Add Ons" line item in your Rental Summary on the Payment Information Page.

  Cancellation Policy

  • At least 24-hour notice: Full refund of the rental amount. 
  • Same day: $150 deducted from the refund.
  • No-Call/No-Show: No Refund.

  Taxes and Fees

  • Refueling Fee: cost of fuel used during rental. 
  • Concession Fee: 3% of rental subtotal. 
  • Booking Fee: 6% of rental subtotal. 
  • Sales Tax: 6.225% of rental subtotal. 
  • Damage Waiver: based on the type of rental unit (see above)

2 Passenger Jet Ski Policies

• If you flip the jetski you will forfeit your deposit.
• If you get anything stuck in the JetSki you will forfeit your deposit
• No tubing from JetSki is allowed
• Everyone must wear a lifejacket
• Driver MUST be 21 years of age (Yes, even if they have a boaters license)
• Kill switch must be worn by the driver at all times
• Stay 150ft away from shore
• Stay 50ft away from other boats
• Turn the vessel off before entering the water
• No wake zone until you get past buoys
• You ARE responsible for any damage while the hoat is in your possession
• Return to the fuel docks and a dockhand will be there to assist you
